When he picks up the guitar...  LISTEN!!!!!
Somewhere between here and there is then and now.  What that means, is anyone's guess and that's precisely how to relate the tale of Island's origin.

Someday Carl and Eddie will sit down before their minions and tell us the legend of how in eons past, there was a Continent of Rock and in its midst there was an Island!
Carl Morgan (guitarist extraordinaire).  An international man of mystery, Carl (like his Island cohorts) has seen the inside of many a smoke-filled bars as a musician.

Having formed Island with Eddie back in the mists of Time, Car's sharp and crisp guitar style was the perfect foil to Eddie's dark and evil tone.  Together, they blended their styles to create a sound that incorporated both Darkness and Light making Island appealing to everyone from breathless groupies to drooling headbangers.

Of course, Carl has been busy over the years with bands like Secrets and The Craze.

When Carl found out that Island would be reunited and he would cross swords with Eddie once again, he simply smiled at Ed and said, "Gird thy loins and prepare to shed reverb fluid!"
